This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for all services provided by Premier Fusion (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Premier Fusion, including but not limited to:

## 2. General Eligibility for Refunds

1. Initial Deposits and Retainers  

   - In most cases, we require an initial deposit or retainer to secure our services and commence work. This deposit is **non-refundable** unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a written contract.  

   - The deposit compensates Premier Fusion for the time, effort, and resources allocated to your project at the initial stages.

2. Completed Milestones

   - We break down projects into milestones or phases to track deliverables. Once a milestone is completed and approved by the client, payments made for that milestone are **non-refundable**.  

   - Clients are responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on each milestone. Approval (written or verbal) will serve as acceptance of the work completed.

3. Digital/Intangible Nature of Services 

   - Our services are largely creative, consultative, and digital in nature. Because these services and deliverables cannot be returned or “undone” once performed or delivered, we generally do not offer refunds for completed work.

## 3. Conditions for Partial or Full Refunds

While refunds are typically not granted once work has begun, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Under specific conditions, Premier Fusion may consider a partial or full refund:

1. No Service Rendered 

   - If payment is made but no tangible or intangible services have been rendered (i.e., no work has started on your project), you may request a full refund.  

   - Once work has commenced, any refund will be subject to deduction for the hours worked or expenses incurred.

2. Project Cancellation by Premier Fusion 

   - In the rare event that Premier Fusion cancels a project before completion for any reason unrelated to client actions or violation of our terms, we will issue a prorated refund based on the work not yet performed.  

   - If the client is found to be in violation of any of our policies or engaged in unethical or unlawful activity, we reserve the right to cancel the project without any obligation to refund.

3. Mutual Agreement

   - If both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before its completion, a partial refund might be issued. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis, factoring in any work already completed, expenses incurred, and intellectual property handed over.

   - Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.  

   - Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

## 5. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

 

1. **Revisions and Amendments**  

   - We value our clients’ satisfaction and often offer a set number of revisions to ensure the final deliverable meets expectations.  

   - Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with work that has been revised according to the agreed-upon scope. If further revisions are desired beyond what is stated in the contract, additional fees may apply.

 

2. **Client Cooperation**  

   - Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals to facilitate project progress. Delays or lack of communication from the client may impact our ability to deliver on time and will not constitute grounds for a refund.
